Sim not activating

Hi

I recently upgraded and received a new SIM card, activated this online and received the text message, its been nearly 48 hours and still nothing and showing Emergency Calls Only. I have restarted the phone multiple times and reinserted the time multple times and still no joy. The phone is the same phone and its just a sim upgrade. Please can somebody advise how to get this fixed, struggling to find anything or get through to somebody.

Just wanted to add, i have tried contacting through Live Chat but keeps saying Busy and try again later.

Yeah @Tahira Mahmood, seems the Live Chat service is often difficult to use. 

You can get assistance by contacting iD privately via their facebook page or Twitter page.

The iD customer service agents work 9am - 8pm weekdays (and 9am - 6pm weekends).
Outside these hours there’s only an automated response.
