Sim Not Arrived

Hi,  ordered a “SIM only” and had an email on the evening of 26th May stating it was being dispatched.

Its now 4th June and still not arrived 6 Working days.

Chatbot is simply telling me to wait.

This was part of a present for a family member which they will not be able to have this weekend.

Please help me to resolve.

I ordered a SIM only deal late evening on the 30th, it was dispatched via DPD on the 31st and I received it on the 1st June. Maybe they have been having issues with Royal Mail and have started using DPD?


Anyway, if it hasn’t arrived by now, it’s most likely gone missing in the post. You can either wait for a member of staff to respond to your community post, or you can speak to customer support agent now by clicking on the “Chat to us” button found here:

HI, just managed to get in touch with an operator.  I can get another one sent out or buy one from a shop and get it registered to my account,

Hopefully this solves this.
