I’ve had nothing but problems with idmobile, I’m sick to death trying to talk to someone, worst service ever, I’ve bought another phone a galaxy S6 apparently my sim is not compatible with this phone it’s on EE network…how do I solve this problem, the phone is not locked I’ve tried other sims without a problem !!

If your phone is locked to EE network, then it will not work with ID, as they use the Three network.
You will need to unlock the phone, or choose a different phone company that uses the EE network. Plusnet mobile use the EE network for example.

It does sound like the phone you have is locked to EE and you will need to ask EE to unlock your phone.
