Has anyone experienced any issues with Call Drops and network cut outs?
I have been with iD for 5 weeks and it's been 5 weeks of hell.
Firstly, I had issues with iD porting my number, which took over 2 weeks, leading me to pass the cancellation period. I have returned some faith and stuck with them.
2-3 weeks know! I am absolutely frustrated. I can barely take calls in the belfast area. Using whatsapp is almost impossible with calls regularly cutting off after about a min of conversation.
I am wanting to leave, sadly I face a steep contract bill and I am not sure which is the better option, Pay for services I am yet to utilise and leave or continue paying for services I cannot use and stay.
Has anyone had this problem? Have you been able to resolve it?
I am seriously thinking iD is a form of a scam and new potential customers should stay away!
