I have had a number of calls -about 1 per month form 08 numbers saying that i cannot make calls as i’ve reached my capped limit and need to make a payment. I do not have capped call limit and these are obviously spoof fraud calls trying to get my payment details but they are using the id mobile name and must have access to a database of your customers. Do any other ID mobile customers have this problem?

Sounds like these are nuisance calls trying to scam you.
If it’s the same number calling every-time, maybe just block this number on your smartphone?
