I got a new ID contract. My previous provider was also ID but because I can’t port an old ID number into a new ID SIM, I bought a GiffGaff SIM, ported my old number into it. Now I am trying to port in the GiffGaff number into my current ID SIM but I am getting the following error: ‘Switching request has already processed for this MSISDN. Please contact customer service for details’. Please help.
