Switching from Three to ID

Hello,

I filled my application on Friday 18th and still don’t have my old number. Can you please check what is going on with my request?  I have not received an email or text to confirm this, however website says that is in process.

Have you power cycled your mobile a few times since the process started?

Normally you shouldn't have to restart the phone (switch it off and back on)
however a power cycle can help kick start the network services and get things moving.

It can take up to 24 hours for your previous service provider to fully transfer you over.

Transfers only take place during weekdays.

Transfers are done manually by a human and could take longer during busy periods.

Considering you started the transfer Friday it should be fully completed by Tuesday,
Wednesday at the very latest!
