Transferring my phone number from O2 to ID

I am trying to transfer my number from 02 to ID. I am facing problems.

 

  1. I have not received a welcome email, its been over 5 days
  2. I contacted live chat and asked them what my NEW id mobile number is
  3. I am entering these details into the form and it says they cannot process it at this time
  4. I have asked live chat and they told me they are “fixing” their issue but its been well over 48 hours
  5. very disappointed. I thought ID was meant to be good...

Hello @Krish3855, iD have been having trouble with their IT systems recently, which I know from my own experience can be frustrating.

The paperwork you got after ordering your iD plan should have your iD mobile number.
