Trying to leave ID mobile

I'm trying to move my contract to a new provider. I have provided my PAC number to the new provider. They have told me that they can't port my number over until ID mobile release me ?! Or they said ID mobile need to do something before they can port my number over. It has been 5 days . Please help!

Hi @Harry13,

Did the network process the PAC code? Once a PAC code has been used by the new network, we would not be able to block the number from moving over to them so we would not be able to assist at this point. The Technical Team of your new network may need to escalate this internally for further attention if the PAC code has already been accepted.
