Unable to activate replacement SIM/Blocking old SIM


I need to access live chat urgently.

My phone was stolen last night and I had not registered it with the app (I’m logged in on my other work phone), now I cant as its sending a pin to the phone. No option to send via e mail or a different number.

I have been a purchased a replacement sim. I need to cancel and block the old sim and transfer my number to the new sim

@Shirley King You should be able to contact iD via the Live Chat service without logging into your iD account. You can access Live Chat from the "Help Hub" just to note that agents are only available between 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am - 6pm Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays.

Do you still require any help with this? As mentioned by @SamGo you should be able to contact the iD Mobile Live Chat without needing any login, just confirmation of your details.
