I upgraded online, received email to say order being processed, now received email saying order cancelled due to internal security issue. Spoken to online chat, cannot help but suggest going into a shop! Not acceptable. What do I do?

You could try again to upgrade online, but use a different card when asked for card details.

Unfortunately if you fail the internal security check we are unable to overturn this.
We would advise visiting a Carphone Warehouse store or waiting 30 days before trying again.
