I received a letter asking me to sort my bill out. I've tried to log in and view my standing on the whole account but have failed because I don’t know my mobile number.
The letter I received in the post is asking for issue to be sorted in 7 days.
There's an account number on this letter. This number has been of no help so far.
The chats are also requesting for a mobile number for me to chat.
Any help regarding this is appreciated.
