I've finished my contact but still paying full price for it why

This sounds annoying.
What type of contract were you on - was it SIM only, or did you purchase a plan and phone from iD?

Anyway, once your contract finishes you’ll move to a rolling one-month contract.

We will have sent you an email regarding the end of your contract approaching and the options available to you (Going to a cheaper SIM only tariff, moving networks, or upgrading). have you checked to see if this has been received? Also worth checking Junk and Spam as it can go there sometimes.
