I have searched everywhere and unfortunately I cannot find anything on my phone to do with wi-fi calling.
I've been with ID since last year, my phone is fully updated and I have restarted it twice.
my phone is a Samsung galaxy S8, please let me know what I can do

Sorry top hear you’re having trouble with WiFi Calling.
Did you buy the phone from iD Mobile or was it one that was purchased separately?

it was bought second hand and not with ID mobileas far as I know

It may be that the handset is locked to a specific networks WiFi calling capabilities. I know during the launch of the S8, this was quite common on those handsets, a firmware in place to ensure only the network it was sold with had the capabilities of using the WiFi calling feature.
I believe there are ways of flashing a handset to remove this firmware.
