Moto g31 experiencing constant WiFi drops

Hi @Holmesdx, your Wi-Fi isn’t provided by iD Mobile, but if you purchased the phone from us and you believe it to be faulty, pop into your nearest Currys store to discuss a repair.

Alternatively, check in with your internet service provider as the issue may be on their side. It’s also worth restarting your internet router if you haven’t already.
