as sim normally come inactivated and due to security reason
if this is not the case update your phone As this is normally the problem
if all fails go to:
carphone warehouse or curry’s ( try know how)as they are both owned by Dixon’s (same company as ID)

If you had bought the SIM brand new online, then it should have arrived readily activated we'd have expected.
