I am re-posting under this heading as I have just received a letter (headed Dixons Carphone) - a scan is available if anyone wishes to see it - telling me that the issue with texts not being delivered as text on BT landlines is BT's problem. Really?!
The humour is also in the fact that the letter is from Dixons Carphone - and apart from being a badly worded edit of an obvious template - is apparently pp'd by me. Please see the 'Ask A Question' thread under the heading 'Database Accuracy.....?' - to see why I see humour in this.
It would make me smile if the lack of control and management wasn't so obviously poor.
