SPAM Emails

I've just registered today and annoyed that the confirmation email states you've subscribed me, I didn't subscribe so why have you done it and why doesn't the 'Unsubscribe' link work, that just takes me to a contact page, why do that to people?

Hello @Salfordian,

As per the new guidelines, we would not sign you up to marketing by default. This is on an opt-in basis and it's possible you weren't aware of this when signing up and ticked yes.

Not to worry, it's easy to opt out, you can do this from the preferences in the iD app/account.

Hope you can help I reported a spam last night and it was going to be stopped but I found out that it wasn't a spam please can you help to have it undon as I'm expecting a phone call from them
