What are the best app to use (free or paid but preferably free) that allows the best customisation to different aspects of the phone-icons, themes etc- that aren't heavy and don't kill too much battery.
*And also don't have access to random things like phone

If you are looking for complete customisation and an ultimate streamlined experience, have a look at Nova launcher on the play store. It offers customisation of the app drawer, as well as icons and it also adds the Google feed if you swipe left on the home screen. I have been using it for years and it has been a fantastic experience. Also it is free, although you can pay to have Nova Prime, with some more features, but really the free Nova Launcher is just ana amazing app. 🙂
