How can one extend the internal storage on a 'phone? I have a Kazam Thunder Q45, a comfortable and useable device, but the internal storage is so small that I can't install apps or use the camera. I don't store lots of picturers or data and I have tried uninstalling apps I don't use, but am wary of deleting anything that brings up a message, 'this may affect the function of your 'phone'. Would appreciate any help!
I see advice on a number of relevant queries - stolen phone, need new SIM card, am abroad, etc - to contact the chat service. There is no link showing on the chat service page. Why? And without the chat and no access to a phone at present, how am I to order a replacement? I have cancelled the SIM in the stolen phone.

Ever wished you could take better photos? Well, thanks to AI-powered photography, you now can. It’s the next big thing in mobile, and it could revolutionise the way we take photos for good. But what is AI photography, and how does it work? Let us explain.
First of all, what is AI?
AI stands for artificial intelligence. It has its roots in machine learning from the 1950s. Boffins in the U.S. taught a computer to play draughts, by programming it to anticipate and predict the moves of a human opponent. With practice, the computer learnt how to become a better player. By mimicking natural human behaviour, the computer’s playing eventually became indistinguishable from a real person. AI has come on leaps and bounds since those primitive draught-playing days. It’s now inside our phones and other smart devices in the form of Google Assistant, Siri, or Amazon’s Alexa. These AI-powered virtual assistants are clever enough to understand us, answer our questions and respond
I constantly have a red dot on my voicemail symbol, which tells me I have a voicemail. When I really do have a voicemail, I listen to it and then delete it (press #3), but the red dot remains. This is very frustrating and means that I can easily miss important voicemails. Today, I discovered that even though I have consistently deleted voicemails, when I go to voicemail and press #1 it will play through all the voicemails that I have received since I became an ID Mobile user. So, it seems that the voicemails have not really been deleted. My phone is an iPhone 5s.
Are you having a nightmare with your mobile connection? Sometimes phones can develop strange random faults – like only being able to get online when connected to Wi-Fi. Frustrating, we know. Don’t worry though, we’ve put together a list of tips to help you get those connection problems sorted.
Make sure it isn’t just a slow connection
At times a connection can be so slow that it seems like you have no connection at all. Take a look at the signal bars at the top of your screen, and check there are no symbols that show a mobile internet connection. Prime examples would be: E, 3G, 4G, H, H+ or 46/LTE. Any of these symbols show that your phone is in fact connected to the internet – which means your issue is internet speed. Get in touch with iD to check if there are any connectivity issues in your area.
Turn it off and on again
Yes, that’s right, the old cliché. But believe it or not, the low-tech fixes are often the most effective. And even i
If you’ve just joined Team Apple by purchasing your very first iPhone, chances are you might need a little guidance. We can help you with that. Here’s everything you need to know right off the bat, so you can start getting the most out of it. Doing this will let you: • Use the same apps across all your devices • Purchase music from iTunes and listen to it on all your devi
Guess what? It seems that all those foldable phone rumours are finally coming true! Samsung’s head of mobile confirmed this week that it is “time to deliver” foldable smartphones. This news has got us thinking - and here are things we’re hoping to see from a foldable phone in the future.
A screen the size of a tablet
Rumours of a foldable Samsung phone have been around for years, following patents of a foldable device reported to be named the Galaxy X. The Galaxy X (if it’s actually going to be called that) is expected to feature a tablet-like 7-inch OLED screen that folds in half. The thinking here, is that your phone can double up as a tablet when needed. And that’s great for all sorts of things. You could watch a movie on the train, on a device that folds right back up once you’ve reached your destination. You’ll also be able to play the latest games on a larger screen that really does them justice.
Thinner and more portable
[img]d21420b7-cf60-46ae-8
Hello, I was with ID network between April 2015 and April 2017. After that I switched to another network. I would like to know the dates and times of calls and texts that were made to a particular number from my phone in that two year period. I don't have any old bills or any other documents relating to that period. After leaving ID I have not changed my mobile number. When I call 0333 003 7777 0 there is no option to talk to anyone directly, I'm told to use online live chat. I've tried making contact using online live chat. However, after waiting for more than one hour I had to give up. Can anyone suggest how to get the information I'm seeking quickly and efficiently. It's really proving frustrating. Thanking you.
Have you heard about the new Honor Play phone? It’s a new smartphone built for gaming, and has something called GPU Turbo, which boosts gaming performance. It makes your favourite games look better, and feel better to play. But what is GPU Turbo, and how does it work? Here’s everything we know so far. As great as the latest mobile games are, they still have some way to go to match console games. However, they’re getting close. And that’s where GPU Turbo, which is backed by Huawei and its sub-brand Honor – comes in.
What is this GPU Turbo?
It’s a new feature found on the new Honor Play phone. Huawei and Honor claim it will dramatically improve your gaming experience on mobile.
What does GPU Turbo do?
It speeds up graphics and processing performance to boost games that use up a lot of power, such as PUBG Mobile, or [url=http://https://www.zynga.com/games/csr-racin
Torn between the Samsung Galaxy S9 and the Samsung Galaxy S9+? We’re not surprised, both are great Android phones, with amazing photography skills. We love taking photos with either phone, here’s a few reasons why you will, too.
Take photos like a pro at any time of day
Taking photos at night isn’t easy. Only the best cameras can take a great shot in low light. What you need is a good aperture, and the Galaxy S9 has that. It can automatically switch between two aperture sizes (f/2.4 and f/1.5), for spectacular photos during the day, or late evening in dim light. For dark scenes, the camera lens switches to an f/1.5 aperture to let in more light. You’ll find this perfect for shooting on a night out, or in dimly lit venues like restaurants. During the day, the lens goes back to f./2.4 for clear daytime photos that are sharp and full of colour.
Slicker slow-motion shooting
Slow-motion video recording isn’t an entirely new feature, but it’s something the Gala
Hiya, I ordered a takeaway from Bombay Club many moons ago. Since then they've been sending me text spam, adverts etc. Here's a sample: From: BOMBAYCLUB "Your Dinner is Ready 2n8! So, with that in mind, here’s a look at five ways your phone can get you out of trouble.
