I recieved my upgrade today with a replacement sim, it wont let me activate it online. It keeps failing

Hi @Ballydroch,

This may have something to do with the recent system issues that we encountered over the weekend. Please give this another go today, and if it doesn't work, send us an email to with your issue, along with your community username, full name, full address, mobile number and date of birth and we'll get this sorted.
