Activating a new SIM

I have received a new SIM (not a replacement) for a new device using an email address that I use for an existing SIM that I do not wish to replace. How can both SIMs be registered to the same email address, which is used to manage the account?

Unfortunately one email cannot be used for two accounts.

Therefore I wish to cancel the new SIM, which is proving quite difficult without a functioning ID telephone service or webchat or account accessible online. How can I do this?
