Activating Replacement Sim/Live Chat Down

I have got a replacement SIM for my wife. In the contacts section it tells me to use Live Chat to enable the activation. There is no way to do this as Live Chat is not working(no button to press) and has not been since at least Thursday. How am I supposed to do this? Can I phone? What section do I need to be in? I am finding this very frustrating. If ID do not get there act together very shortly We will both be terminating our Contracts.
