Bank declined me upfront cost payment

I paid for a contract, where the transaction was accepted at first but then I received a message from my bank  saying they declined it. I replied and confirmed it as a genuine transaction, but is my order still valid?

Same happened to me. Finding it difficult if the transaction went through. No contact from ID yet. Should I await confirmation from them?

You should get an email confirmation when the order was placed.

If your Bank have declined the payment, then the order would not have completed.

If you've since authorised it, please contact our Live Chat Team who can complete this.
