I’m trying to take out a new contract but ID mobile says that my card is being declined.
A cursory check of my bank account reveals that 1 penny has been successfully been taken out of my account by ID mobile (twice!)
I can’t find any way to contact support about this and would rather prefer to not have to put a block on my card + complain to VISA.

Is the card you’re using registered to the same name and address as the order details you’re providing?
If not, this is likely the reason that 1p is being debited, but the order isn’t processing.
