Hi, I would like to know if I can pay off my bill in parts as it is £100 for this month due to being charged for calls I wasn't supposed to. I am struggling financially and was just curious.

Sorry to hear that
You can manually make small payments via the app/account or by calling 0333 003 7777 however, if the bill is overdue, our Collections Process will still apply and we may restrict services.
