As the shops aren’t open for the forcible future what is the process for a replacement? Thank you

Hi, I’m in the same boat, it’s still working (it’s an iPhone 6s), it’s overheating, won’t connect to WiFi and battery is draining very quickly. I’ve deleted apps, set everything on low energy and reset the phone - all we’re recommended to do but nothing is working. Shops are shut So what can I do???
Hi there
Did you get the phone on contract through ourselves?
If it’s free from any physical damage and within it’s 12-month Apple manufacturer warranty, then you should be able to get it repaired freely.
If it’s outside of 12-months, then any repair work would be chargeable. You could try contacting Apple Support UK to see if they can give you a quote though.
