Put the new sim card in today, all updates done but cannot send text messages, anyone suggest a remedy please ?

Hi @franny,

I'm sorry to hear this! Have you ported a number across recently? This could affect things if it's mid-port. Also, are your other services working such as texts and data?

In the meantime, turn the phone off for a few minutes and then turn it back on again to try and establish a fresh connection to the network.

Hi Ryan, thanks for getting back to me, I tried everything, even put it back to factory reset, I couldn't text, phone, or get anywhere with it so have returned it to Amazon for a refund & bought a better known make, so far this one seems to be fine.
