Hello @Emma Halsey,

A SIM PIN is usually set-up from the device. It’s a PIN used to access the device. Is this a device you just purchased or one you’ve had for some time?

Have you got a picture of the PIN you’re being asked for?

Mohammed

It says sim locked by service provider ? The phone is unlocked

It hasn’t got a phone pin and I’ve tried the 0000 1234 etc

Hi @Emma Halsey,

Which other network SIM cards have been tested inside the phone? From what I gathered from that message, it seems as though the phone may be locked to another provider. Another route could be by using the PUK code to unlock the SIM card if the SIM card itself has become locked. Please email us and we can get this for you.

Ryan

I have emailed but no response yet , it would appear I need the puk code thank you
