Can't access Live Chat


Just received my new iD SIM and want to activate it.

The automated process isn’t working and the webpage advises I contact you.

Have tried to find Live Chat on your webpage but can’t find any way of accessing it.

Please advise!

Alternatively please give me some more details about the error message you are receiving.

This link takes me to the ‘Contact Us’ page, but I can’t see how to access Live Chat there.

There is info about it, but no active link - at least, not that I can see!

Im the same for my new sim, just came in an envelope with a receipt, this is ridiculous I wish I knew how poor the customer service was with this network and I wouldnt have changed. I need to contact somebody somehow!!!

I am having the same problem with accessing the Live Chat. 

I am logged in. It is 14:30 on Wednesday, so within working hours. I go to Contact Us at https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/contact-us - the Live Chat description is there halfway down the page, but there is no button or popup for chat.

I’ve attached a screenshot below.

I have the same problem in Chrome (85.0.4183.83), Edge, Firefox, and Internet Explorer 11.

Please can you help.

Do you have any sort of Ad blocker enabled @bagoflizards?

 

If so, could you try disabling it and trying again for us?
