Hi,
I’ve just purchased a new contract, but:
- I can’t register for an account it’s telling me some details are wrong, but I’ve tried numberous times and it’s now timed me out
- There was no transaction number on my receipt so I can’t even port my old number using the online system.
- I already have an account with the same email but it was for my daughter, does that mean it may be getting confused with that one as the last name, birth date and email are the same
