I have completed the form with PAC code to keep my old number following upgrade to new sim only with ID mobile but the form will not submit even though I have filled all the fields correctly

When you mention an upgrade to new SIM only with us, is your number currently on another iD Mobile plan? If so, the number can’t be transferred over I’m afraid.
Following an upgrade though, the number should switch over to the new plan automatically.
If you’ve moved from another network, please let me know what error messages are showing.
