Cannot activate new sim card

I have purchased new sim cards for my childrens phone and when trying to activate both of them I get a message they are already activated. I also therefore cannot create an account . I have tried both sims in unlocked phone and there is no network or signal.

Hello @Risheer,

Our SIMs are activated upon dispatch so you don't need to manually activate this. Only replacement SIMs would.
Which phone are you using the SIMs inside?

Have you tried the SIMS in other devices to these phones?
Are the phones unlocked?
Do you get any error messages?
