I’ve recently purchased two brand new sim cards, and cannot seem to find their number. I’ve tried making calls from the phones but cannot because the calls won’t go through. My next point of call was to activate the sim cards, if they have not been already. Yet, i can’t seem to get through to anyone through the call center because of COVID, and cannot seem to do it online either because the first step in activating the sims require a phone number. 


A bit of a conundrum, hope anyone can help.

Is the phone number not displayed on the SIM card or the packaging that the SIM card came with? Alternatively, was a letter or anything sent with the SIM card?

I’ve found both phone numbers after some time had passed, seems the sims were locked. I’ve unlocked one of the sims and it works fine, however the other one is still locked and i cannot make any calls from it. There was no letter, and the number was not displayed on the sim or its packaging.
