Cant register account or new sim

I picked up my new phone for my new contract. I've been given my new id phone number but I am having trouble getting registered for an online account and an error keeps coming up when trying to register new sim. 

Any help be appreciated,

We are sorry to hear about the trouble you’re having with registering, what is the error message showing exactly? Feel free to post a screenshot as this may help. Also, please try registering via the app and via our website to ensure both have been tested.

Hi. I got it sorted there thanks. Think there was a delay in my contract getting set up cause I only got my invoice email today.
