Change my number

Hi, I need to change my number to a new one - urgently. I have read on the community that you recommend to call 7777 but due to covid 19, the call centres are closed. Please can you let me know what I can do?

Hi @Claire12345 

A Number Change and carries a charge of £25.00. 

If you have a Crime Reference number and changing numbers due to this, we can waive the charge.

Can you clarify?

It’s not possible for 2 SIMS to have the same number.

Have you just joined iD Mobile? Did you port your number or using a new one given to you?
