change SIM shipping address

hello,
It was very silly of me, but i put wrong flat number and now my sim card will be shipped to the wrong flat, i cannot see any option of changing that. also i was not able to connect with ID mobile via chat or phone. i could go to the guy downstairs and tell him that he is gonna get my sim card, but i would really appreciate if i could just change it.

Hey @Mag,

We can't change it after it's been dispatched but can look at sending out a replacement SIM to you.

If you haven't already gotten this issue resolved via intercepting the delivery of the SIM, we're happy to do this.

What I'll do is send you a PM with how you can get in touch with us another day so we can help.

thank u so much, actually i think i am fine, the flat to which its gonna come turned out to be empty but i talked to the manager of the building and he said i will be able to get the post.
