I am trying to enter a radio competition, I have premium calls and texting on. Have my allowance cap up to £5 but the text keeps failing. 

 

Can you help?

Hello @JackieD,

Have you checked the app/account to make sure Premium Messaging bar is turned off?

 

This is considered a premium SMS so you’ll need to make sure the bar is off to allow it to send.
