I got a Samsung Galaxy AE20 delivered yesterday however the phone was damaged , cracked and unusable on delivery. How do I return and request another handset ?

Have you spoken to our Live Chat Team since you originally messaged? or do you still need us to message?
Is it a fault that’s evident with the phone? or was the packaging and contents somehow damaged? If the latter we’ll need to open an investigation with DPD.
It was the packaging that was damaged I have since returned the phone and waiting for you to confirm that you have received it so you can send a replacement. I must admit it is such a pain not to be able to speak to you. You're a phone company with no call center that's crazy
