I’ve ordered a phone with a different email address by accident please can you change this to see if I have been accepted for the phone ??

Hi , I changed my e mail address half way through my contract and can’t log in now , and can’t get any messages from ID also saying wrong password , tried phoning but there is no digit for this problem

They’re available between 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday.
