Details not accepted

Hi

 

I am having a problem trying to set up a second account.  I have used the ID phone number + DOB etc and it is telling me the details are incorrect.  I can’t reset login details because it says details are unrecognised.

 

I have a DD set up and due to take money but can’t get the number transfered.

 

What do I do now?
