Emegency calls only - on new phone

Hi,
I have a new SIM, it can make / receive calls & texts with it on my old phone (Alcatel onetouch), but on my new phone "Denver GSP-110" I cannot and get the message "Emergency calls only". I have tried another SIM (EE) I that I know works in the Denver and can make / receive calls & texts with it so the phone appears to work OK.

Any thoughts?

Hi @Mark_G

The problem here is your new phone compatibility. It is only 2G handset and does not support 3G which is required for iD Mobile. Your EE Sim Card will work there as they do support 2G.
