Hi there. I recently joined and I am having issues with my old phone number transfer. My IMessages are showing a different number. Additionally when messaging another number as text message, is showing as undelivered. Can anyone help?

If you could go to the “My Number” setting on your handset, I suspect the number displayed won’t be the number you’ve brought in. If you could change it so it is, and then toggle iMessage off and on again, this should fix the issue fairly quickly.
