Ported old number over last saturday said successfully the phone shows no network coverage. It is the basic doro 6030 for my mother to use for calls and texts, the data part of contract not required could this create a problem. Any suggestions going forward? By the way the email sent to activate the community didn't have a useable link and had to put it in longhand

Unfortunately Doro 6030 is not compatible with iD Mobile. In order to use the network handset requires to be connected to 3G or 4G. Your Doro phone support only 2G connectivity.Â
