Help, My Port hasn't completed?

I ask Id mobile to transfer my old number 30 march from giffgaff after 4 day my old number stop working and still not transfer with id mobile asking from id customer service still not got answered why happend this can some body help with this its very important number for me,

Hi SHAHID20008, sorry to hear this. Ports will take longer to complete over the Easter period due to the Bank Holidays, however, we would have expected this to complete by now.
