HELP! Phone number has broken.

Hello,

I have just got my new phone and a few days ago I sent my PAC code to ID mobile for a number transfer. This morning my previous provider cut off my services but ID still hasn’t picked up my new number so when you dial it you just get “This is an incorrect number please dial again”, I need my number back ASAP as I have a few really important calls scheduled all day. Any ideas how long this could take?

We’re sorry to hear about that, when did the port take place? It can take up to 2 working days for services to resume when a port happens; have you seen the issue get better since making your post?
