Help to keep my phone number when switching to ID

Hi,

I have completed the form on the ID Mobile website twice now so that my daughter can keep her old number now that I have switched her phone to ID Mobile. We have got the PAC code, the transaction reference from the receipt and the PORT code. The webite said “request submitted” both times but then nothing happened.

What am I doing wrong please ?

Hey @WLipp56972,

After submitting the request, it will take up to 2 days for the number to come across from the old network. As that time has now passed, has the port worked? If not then please let us know and we’ll look into this further for you.
