How do I use my PAC code

That’s great.

Simply head to https://my.idmobile.co.uk/ and register for an iD account if you haven’t already.

Then once logged in, click My Services and locate keep your number

Then enter the PAC code and the number you want to keep.

We’ll then begin transferring your number over to us.
