How Do You Contact Someone At ID For Help???

I'm starting to regret signing up with this company just because it was the best on offer cost wise.

Trying for 2 days to contact them and have tried chat, telephone, and facebook messaging!

I have no service as I got a new iPhone and the ID Sim does not work in it. It's a problem their end and they know about it but I can't get in touch with them to get a new sim. Pathetic customer service really but I suppose you get what you pay for.

Anyone know either how to get a new sim or know any resolution to the iPhone xs problem?

Our Social Media Team are in the office from 8 am - 8 pm during the week.
9 am - 5:30 pm on weekends.

We're usually able to get back to any of the messages within an hour of sending (during our office hours). So we should expect by now someone will have picked up any messages you've sent to us.
