Question

I entered my PAC from EE and recieved a failed message.

I entered my PAC and info into the form and submitted it. I later recieved a message from ID saying that it hadn’t worked. Without my old number the phone is pointless as I need it for work. I am also paying for two phones. 

Please help.

Is the PAC from a different network or iD Mobile?
